Job summary

300 North Limited is seeking a PFI Senior Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of operational PFI projects in the North West. The role demands leadership over operational, commercial, and contractual delivery, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders and ensuring obligations are met.

You will lead performance oversight, variation management, and lifecycle coordination, while providing assurance to the Board on financial, technical, and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in PFI / PPP project management.
• Excellent understanding of Project Agreements and associated commercial frameworks.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to build positive working relationships across multiple organisations.
• Confident managing risk, financial performance, and contractual compliance.

PFI Senior Asset Manager

Location: North West

Salary: Up to £72,000 Plus £7,500 car Plus 20% Bonus

We are supporting a leading infrastructure investment and asset management organisation in their search for an experienced PFI Senior Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of operational PFI projects in the North West.

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for the overall performance, governance, and commercial success of the Project Companies, ensuring strong relationships stakeholders

The Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of the operational, commercial, and contractual delivery of the PFI agreements, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring that all obligations are met. You will lead on performance oversight, variation management, and lifecycle coordination, while providing assurance to the Board on financial, technical, and compliance matters.
