Job summary

Serco Group is seeking a diligent Hard FM Project Manager to lead technically complex healthcare projects from survey to handover at Darrent Valley Hospital. You’ll deliver within budgets and timescales, translating asset information into robust plans and documentation while ensuring strict safety and governance standards.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, estates, and contractors, maintaining traceable records and compliant RAMS, and supporting commissioning, handover and post-contract

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hard FM, estates or capital projects in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of CDM2015 and compliant project delivery.
• Ability to produce and control project documentation and investigations.
• Interpret mechanical, electrical and water systems data with technical teams.
• Develop detailed technical specs and procurement-ready scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Hard FM projects to time, budget and quality targets.
• Create briefs, business cases and initiation documents for decisions.
• Interpret asset data, surveys and reports to inform scope and specs.
• Prepare tender packs, RAMS and handover documentation.
• Maintain governance, audit trails and version control throughout.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, ICT, contractors and suppliers.
• Manage contractor submissions, permits and commissioning records.
• Engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to sustain momentum.
• Produce regular cost, risk and progress reports for boards.
