Job summary

Serco is seeking a Hard FM Project Manager to lead technically complex projects at Darrent Valley Hospital. You will drive procurement, construction, commissioning and handover with strong governance and safety at the core.

You'll translate asset information into robust specifications and delivery plans while coordinating with clinical teams, estates colleagues and contractors to ensure compliant, safe healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Hard FM, estates, lifecycle or capital projects in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of CDM2015 and practical application across project phases.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical and water systems data and reports.
• Experience producing scopes, tender packs, approvals and handover documentation.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes, contractors and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Hard FM projects within budgets, timescales and governance.
• Develop service user briefs, feasibility reports and project initiation documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and ICT specialists.
• Ensure documentation, RAMS and safety files are maintained throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports, cost updates and risk information for governance meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Serco teams to maintain momentum.
