Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting a Contract Manager for a 3-month assignment in Dumfries (office-based) to lead Hard Facilities Management on a Public Finance Initiative contract. You will build relationships with stakeholders and ensure safety, compliance and service delivery.

You will manage a team of around 50 staff, monitor budget, drive improvements, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining health and safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing teams.
• Proven experience in Hard FM services, health sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring customer advocacy and loyalty.
• Align operational strategies to enhance service delivery while balancing customer and business needs.
• Oversee the delivery of compliant Hard FM services, ensuring health and safety and legal requirements.
• Utilise data-driven insights to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring high employee engagement and participation.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance and manage training for staff.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage the contract budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Identify cost-saving efficiencies and implement robust financial controls.
