Catch 22 are seeking an Estates Compliance Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to supervise building operations and manage the safe operation and maintenance of mechanical systems at a large healthcare site in Keighley, Bradford.

The role offers a competitive salary, 37.5 hours per week, 26 days + Bank Holidays, and strong training and progression opportunities within a large organisation.

Formación

• Hold relevant technical qualifications within Mechanical Engineering or Building services.
• Experience in facilities management with strong engineering background.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation; IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications preferred.
• Experience in large commercial/ healthcare buildings with knowledge of BMS systems.
• Excellent people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operation of complex Healthcare Mechanical systems (AHU, hot & cold water systems, medical gas, legionella checks, pneumatic tube, pumping, boiler plant, refrigeration).
• Handle risk assessments and ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
• Ensure Health and Safety regulations are complied with.
• Work with Senior Operations Engineer on projects and supervision of building operations.
