Job summary

Catch 22 is recruiting an Estates Compliance Engineer to supervise building operations and maintain mechanical systems on a large healthcare site in the Keighley/Bradford region. The role is office-based and focused on compliance, risk assessment and safe operations.

Ideal candidates will hold mechanical/building services qualifications, a strong FM background, and knowledge of H&S legislation. People-management skills are essential for the team environment.

Qualifications

• HND/HNC Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualification.
• Strong engineering background in facilities management.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of complex Healthcare Mechanical systems (AHUs, water systems, medical gas, boilers, refrigeration).
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Uphold Health & Safety regulations and liaise with Senior Operations Engineer on projects.
