Job summary

InHealth is the UK’s leading specialist diagnostic and healthcare provider. We’re seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to own the ER caseload and provide pragmatic, legally sound advice to managers across the business.

Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll coach managers, escalate complex matters and drive improvements to ER policies and processes with a proactive, patient‑centred approach. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Broad Employee Relations caseload experience required.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Confident advising and coaching managers at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, solutions-focused style.
• Experience within healthcare or a clinically regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and managing all ER cases from disciplinary to performance and sickness absence.
• Coaching and upskilling managers and People Ops colleagues.
• Acting as escalation point for complex ER matters with HR Business Partners.
• Driving improvements to ER policies, processes, training and MI.
• Supporting development and implementation of a best-in-class manager advisory service.
