Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions seeks an Electrical Day Shift Engineer for a healthcare environment in Lewisham. Working with the maintenance team on-site, you will carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance with an electrical bias and required qualifications.

The role offers a competitive salary of £48,900, with 4 on 4 off days, 7am-7pm, overtime and progression through HV training.

Qualifications

Level 3 in Electrical Installations (C&G, NVQ etc)
Proven track record in Building Maintenance
Good Communication Skills
Multiskilled - Mechanical / Electrical
Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV (Desirable)
Good Leadership & Management skills

Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Monitor the mechanical plant
Pumps, motors
BMS System - Monitor (i.e.Hot & Colds)
Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them
Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required
