Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions seeks an Electrical Day Shift Engineer for a healthcare environment in Lewisham. Working with the maintenance team on-site, you will carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance with an electrical bias and required qualifications.

The role offers a competitive salary of £48,900, with 4 on 4 off days, 7am-7pm, overtime and progression through HV training.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Electrical Installations (C&G, NVQ etc)
• Proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills
• Multiskilled - Mechanical / Electrical
• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV (Desirable)
• Good Leadership & Management skills

Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Monitor the mechanical plant
• Pumps, motors
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.Hot & Colds)
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Lewisham. CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G, 18th Edition etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,900 for further training and career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set

• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
