Job summary

CentroMed is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the primary contact for patients at our clinics. You will welcome patients, register them in the system, and help ensure a smooth, caring patient experience.

The role involves scheduling, data entry, processing billing and insurance eligibility, and supporting Compliance & Quality Improvement activities. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; strong clerical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare data entry preferred.
• Strong clerical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and update accounts in the system.
• Schedule appointments and manage no-shows.
• Process billing, collections, and data summaries.
• Assist with outreach and program deadlines.
