Job summary

AECOM Limited is hiring a Project Manager for Healthcare Construction Consultancy in the UK, with a hybrid work model and a focus on delivering multidisciplinary healthcare schemes from design to handover. You will lead complex projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure programme, budget and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and NEC4 contract administration experience, plus a relevant Master’s degree and chartered

Qualifications

• Academic qualification in project management, construction, engineering or quantity surveying.
• NEC4 contract administration accreditation.
• Chartered status with a recognised professional body (RICS/CIOB/RIBA/ICE/APM or equivalent).
• Clear understanding of NHS Scotland requirements, governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex healthcare projects across design through handover within time and budget.
• Maintain active communication with clients, design teams, procurement, planning and construction teams.
• Provide NEC4 contract administration and proactive risk management throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage changes through formal change control, tracking progress against programme and cost.
• Strengthen client relationships and support business development opportunities.
