Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for Healthcare Construction Consultancy in the UK. The role focuses on leading complex healthcare projects in Scotland, administering NEC4 contracts, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams within a hybrid working model.

You will engage with NHS Scotland requirements, manage project governance, and supervise engineers and support staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• From consultancy or client org with ability to lead construction projects in Healthcare.
• Clear understanding of NHS Scotland requirements (NHS Scotland Assure KSAR Process, Governance & Compliance).
• NEC4 contract administration accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more complex Healthcare projects in Scotland, with a regional footprint.
• Administer NEC4 contracts and manage project governance.
• Supervise senior engineers, project controls, scheduling and procurement teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement across projects.
