Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a compliant and proactive professional to carry out compliance testing and waste management audits across its portfolio. The role involves coordinating with the Facilities Management Team and in-house teams to ensure safe, compliant and sustainable environments in a variety of Trust buildings.

Applicants should have GCSEs in Maths and English and knowledge of water hygiene, Legionella controls, fire-safety, and healthcare waste.

Competenze

• GCSE level in Maths and English with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of statutory property compliance and waste-management procedures, including water hygiene/Legionella controls, fire-safety compliance, healthcare waste requirements, and record-keeping.
• Experience in healthcare environment would be useful but not essential.

Mansioni

• Identify and manage statutory risks to protect the Trust.
• Carry out and record a diverse range of compliance activities and analyse/report data.
• Liaise with multiple Trust teams and staff; work across owned or leased buildings including community services, in-patient units, care homes, day centres, and offices.
