Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a compliance and waste professional to support the Property Team. The role involves testing, audits, data analysis, and policy compliance across multiple Trust sites, from inpatient units to community services.

You will liaise with in-house teams and outsourced FM providers to ensure unified service delivery. Experience with statutory compliance for healthcare properties and knowledge of waste management regulations is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE Maths and English are required.
• Experience delivering statutory compliance activities across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of property compliance and healthcare property is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Carry out and record statutory compliance testing across the Trust portfolio.
• Conduct waste management audits across the Trust portfolio.
• Follow Legionella, Water Safety, Fire Safety and Waste policies.
• Analyse compliance and waste data and report findings.
