Qualifications

• Significant experience within healthcare cleaning, FM or NHS environments.
• Expert knowledge of NHS National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness and IPC requirements.
• Proven success in driving service improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver national Healthcare Cleaning Strategy.
• Act as SME for NHS standards, IPC and industry best practice.
• Support bids, mobilisations and operational transformation projects.
• Translate policy into practical operational solutions for sites.
• Build relationships with Infection Prevention & Control teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct site audits, reviews and benchmarking across contracts.
• Support workforce planning and labour optimisation initiatives.
• Drive measurable improvements in performance and compliance.
• Use data and insight to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Review new cleaning technologies and advise clients on standards.
