You will manage and develop the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards while coordinating with hospital leadership and other departments.

The role emphasizes operational efficiency, budget adherence, policy implementation and cross-functional collaboration to shape patient experience through frontline service

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Two to four years plus housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High customer service and quality attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
• Public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the department's financial data and statistics.
• Monitor unit expenditures and manage cost within budget.
• Develop and recommend the department operating budget.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Communicate actively with administration and hospital departments.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise department functions.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for departmental operations.
