Compass Group UK&I, Medirest, is recruiting a part-time Cleaning Supervisor (20 hours/week) to ensure smooth operation in Healthcare settings. The role requires supervising a domestic team, maintaining high cleaning standards, and supporting the Domestic Manager in adapting to evolving needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing rotas, conducting performance reviews, and strong health & safety knowledge, with good IT skills and GCSE English/Maths.

Formación

• Experience supervising large teams and managing rotas.
• Experience conducting performance reviews and return-to-work interviews.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and infection control practices.
• Good IT skills and GCSE-level English/Maths.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Domestic team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high cleaning standards and quality.
• Support the Domestic Manager with changing business needs.
• Coach and train team members to address daily challenges.
• Liaise with ward staff, doctors, and nurses for collaboration.
• Conduct audits and generate reports on cleaning standards.
• Maintain staff rotas and coverage.
• Conduct return-to-work interviews after absences.
• Review performance of new hires and current staff.
• Document all necessary training sessions.
