Job summary

Royal Devon is seeking a Booking Clerk for the Central Booking Team (Internal Only) at Osprey House, Sowton, Exeter. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong IT and administrative experience to support rapid patient-facing calls.

Two vacancies exist with a 37.5-hour week, 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Bank workers are not eligible; full training and supportive team leadership are provided to help you develop in the NHS.

Qualifications

• We expect professional communication and customer service experience.
• We look for strong IT skills and an administrative background.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is advantageous.
