Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly experienced leader to manage capital projects from inception to handover. You will oversee design development, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to clinical and financial standards.

You will provide senior management with progress updates, budgets, risks and critical decisions, and work closely with clinical, estates, finance and infection control teams

• Lead capital projects from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Provide senior management with accurate information on project progress, finances, risks and key decisions.
• Coordinate with clinical, operational, infection control, estates and finance teams to develop briefs and business cases.
