Qualifications

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of statutory, regulatory, CDM and health and safety requirements.
• Proven experience delivering complex capital projects to cost and programme.
• Experience in healthcare capital projects within a live acute hospital environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage consultants, contractors and specialist advisors.
• Develop project briefs and programmes, managing design, procurement, budgets, risk, change and contractual matters.
• Ensure governance and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver allocated projects through full lifecycle from inception through completion, including reporting to senior stakeholders.
