Job summary

Conexus Healthcare Ltd in Wakefield is seeking a Business Support Coordinator to coordinate workloads, supervise a team of Business Support Officers, and deliver high-quality business support across services.

You will work closely with managers, Primary Care Networks, GP practices, and other stakeholders to ensure services run smoothly, produce reports, develop team members, and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experienced in business support, administration, or coordination roles.
• Confident managing competing priorities and coordinating workloads.
• Comfortable providing guidance and support to colleagues and team members.
• Experienced in producing high-quality reports, meeting documentation, and communications.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital systems.
• A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workloads and supervise a team of Business Support Officers.
