We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Healthcare to lead and grow our presence across a high-potential region.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving new business across, care homes, and private healthcare settings
Building and nurturing strong client relationships at all levels
Leading recruitment and service delivery teams to meet client needs
Strategically growing hours, revenue, and margin across your region
Identifying and capitalising on emerging markets and growth opportunities
Ensuring service excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing, ideally in a leadership or senior sales capacity
Strong track record of client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, urgency, and a competitive edge
Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams in a high-performance environment
