As a Bank Healthcare Assistant on the Ward at North Staffs Hospital, you’ll need to meet deadlines, follow instructions, have a good telephone manner, and possess strong computer and database skills. Qualifications to NVQ Level 2 or 3, along with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting, are advantageous.
