You will join an inclusive and supportive team that provides care to individuals with various mental health conditions. Your knowledge and skills will support their recovery journey towards a valued and fulfilled life.
Your daily tasks will include engaging with service users, supporting and motivating them in their recovery and treatment goals, assisting with daily living tasks, facilitating community involvement, updating records, responding to incidents, supporting mealtimes, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The shift pattern involves 12.5-hour days, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Ballington House is a 13-bed mental health rehabilitation hospital for women with complex mental health needs. The patient journey incorporates three phases: assessment, rehabilitation, and community integration, progressing from ground floor to first floor and then to a two-bedroom apartment.
You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, including a psychiatrist, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, nurses, and support workers.
