What you will be doing

You will be part of an inclusive and supportive team providing care to women with Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder conditions, using your skills to support their recovery and help them lead valued, fulfilled lives.

Your daily tasks include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, updating patient records, and providing care and support, which may involve assisting with personal hygiene.

While the environment can be challenging at times, a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are essential. It is highly rewarding to see the positive impact of your involvement on people's lives.

Where you will be working

At Field House and Apartments, a 16-bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.

The service combines traditional rehabilitation with single and dual occupancy apartments, creating a seamless care pathway for women with trauma and attachment disorders.

There is a strong emphasis on positive risk-taking that fosters self-reliance, trust, and self-esteem, with a focus on psychological support.
