You will join an inclusive and supportive team that provides care to men with personality disorders and mental illness conditions. Using your knowledge and skills, you will help individuals along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.
Your daily tasks will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
It can be a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. However, it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing you've made a difference in someone's life.
The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends.

Join the team at Ty Grosvenor, providing care for men with personality disorders and mental illness in an established and well-run service. You will focus on equipping individuals with skills for community living and supporting them to reach their personal goals.
The service has two wards and two-bedroom apartments that support independent living. You will also have access to mainstream community resources.
