An established industry player in ballet education seeks a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join their Health and Wellbeing Team. This part-time role involves providing patient-centered care to young dancers, ensuring their health and wellbeing in a nurturing environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students' needs while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality care. Part-time – 27 hours per week. Days to include Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

£13,950 (actual salary)

The students live in a friendly and caring community committed to their safety and welfare. They receive outstanding health and wellbeing support specifically designed for dancers.
The Healthcare Assistant will support the Health and Wellbeing Team in the safe and effective running of the Health and Wellbeing Centre. They will assess students who come to the centre, providing advice, treatment, and medication where necessary. They will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support to students while maintaining confidentiality and sharing information on an agreed need-to-know basis.
Working hours are 27 hours per week during term time (35 weeks per year), with working days including Monday to Wednesday.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a clinical setting and, preferably, supporting young people in a healthcare or educational environment.
