Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Locum HCA to work at a GP practice in Romsey, offering an organised primary care environment for proactive clinicians. You will support the clinical team with routine procedures, patient assessments and day-to-day treatment room activity, helping manage patient flow and contribute to high-quality care delivery.

The role involves routine clinical observations, phlebotomy (if trained), ECGs and updating records in the clinical system, with ad-hoc or regular weekly sessions

Qualifications

• Prior HCA experience in primary care or the NHS.
• Phlebotomy experience desirable.
• Comfortable carrying out clinical observations.
• Good communication and patient interaction skills.
• Basic IT competence for clinical system documentation.
• Enhanced DBS is required.
