Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for a mobile role across Norfolk. You will work across multiple clinic locations, travel as needed, and receive comprehensive training from day one.

The role is a full-time fixed-term contract until April 2027, with a salary in the range shown above and progression opportunities within the NHS. You will be supported with ongoing training, travel allowances, and a structured career path toward NVQ

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with patient data.
• Confident using IT systems and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple clinic locations.

Responsabilités

• Cover clinic locations across Norfolk as required.
• Participate in comprehensive training from day one.
• Work 40 hours per week, including travel time.
• Support dermatology, gynaecology, ENT, ophthalmology and urology services.
• Maintain patient data accurately and securely.

Healthcare Assistant (FTC Until April 2027)

Location Norfolk: This is a mobile role covering clinic locations across Norfolk. While your primary clinic locations will be within the region, occasional travel to other clinic sites may be required to support service delivery.

Department: Dermatology, Gynaecology, ENT, Ophthalmology and Urology

Requirements: Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Strong attention to detail, particularly when capturing and handling patient data Confident using IT systems and digital platforms Previous healthcare or administrative experience is desirable but not essential A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and taking pride in your work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly across multiple clinic locations

You will be enrolled on our comprehensive training programme from day one, which will equip you with the knowledge and technical skills required for the role.

The Role Details:

• Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract until April 2027


• Hours: 40 hours per week (including travel time)


• Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday


• Salary: £27,144 - £28,641 per annum pro rata
