Job summary

NHS Jobs in Norfolk is seeking a Healthcare Assistant on a part-time fixed-term contract until April 2027. The role spans Dermatology, Gynaecology, ENT, Ophthalmology and Urology with 16 hours per week across weekends, pro rata.

You will receive comprehensive training from day one and support across multiple clinic locations. A driving licence with access to a vehicle, strong data handling and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling patient data.
• Confident using IT systems and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Capture and securely manage patient data across clinics.
• Provide high-quality patient care and administrative support.
• Support dermatology, gynaecology, ENT, ophthalmology and urology teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and development from day one.
