Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd. in Brighton is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across the area. You will help with personal care, keep clients comfortable, and ensure dignity and respect at all times.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, reliable scheduling, and willingness to work every other weekend. We provide thorough training and flexible full- or part-time hours.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Full UK driving License and access to own vehicle.
• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.

Hours of availability for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am – 14:00pm
• 16:00pm – 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community, you must hold a UK Driving License and haveaccess to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters receive a fully comprehensive training programme.
