Job summary

Care Outlook LTD is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to work in the community, visiting clients in their own homes and providing compassionate personal care. You will help with daily tasks, build relationships and support wellbeing across assigned areas.

Role offers guaranteed contracted hours, enhanced weekend/Bank Holiday pay, mileage at 40p per mile and a full training programme. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Full UK driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Right to work in the UK.

Areas we cover:

• BN2
• BN9
• BN10
• BN25

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 07:00am - 19:00pm
• 15:00pm - 22:00pm
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
