Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd. is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to provide personal care in clients' homes across Brighton and surrounding areas. You will work door-to-door, building trusted relationships while delivering compassionate support.

Responsibilities include helping with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, and accurate observation and record-keeping. Full UK driving license and own vehicle required; weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Areas Covered:

BN1, BN3, BN4, BN7, BN8, BN43 (Portslade, Southwick, Hove, Hangleton)

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)

• Working every other weekend.

Hours of availability for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
