Job summary

Care Outlook are a main care provider in Banbury and the surrounding area, recruiting Care Workers for domiciliary visits. You will travel to clients' homes to provide personal care, build relationships and support daily living in the community. Full training and ongoing development are provided, with part-time and full-time hours available.

• Driving licence required and access to a vehicle for work. Sponsorship is not offered for applicants outside the UK; right to work in the UK is essential.

PART TIME AND FULL TIME AVAILABLE - Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)

Important Information - Sponsorship Available Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We may, however, consider candidates already living in the UK with valid immigration permission who are eligible to switch into the Skilled Worker route under the current transitional arrangements. As a Care Worker, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Rates of Pay - Paid per visit

• Weekdays - £14.39 per visit of 1 hour
• Weekends - £16.00 per visit of 1 hour

Hours of availability for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

Must be able to work a mix of mornings, evenings and every other Saturday and Sunday.

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

Please note this Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) role involves providing care and support within the community within client's own homes.

No experience necessary, as our Care Worker role is provided with excellent training in full.
