Care Outlook Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to visit clients at their homes across Eastbourne and surrounding areas, providing personal care, building relationships and supporting daily living with empathy and professionalism.

You will work flexible hours with guaranteed contracted hours, receive comprehensive training, a company mobile phone, and DBS cost coverage. A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required, and weekend shifts are included.

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.

As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)

Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am – 14:00pm
• 16:00pm – 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
