Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support vulnerable and elderly clients in their own homes in West Berkshire. The role involves helping with personal care, building relationships and contributing to improved quality of life, with meaningful daily impact.

Shifts are available on a full or part-time basis, with flexible hours and a pro-rata 28 days of annual leave. DBS costs are covered, training provided, and a company-issued mobile phone is provided for work communications.

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 07:00am - 19:00pm
• 15:00pm - 22:00pm
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
