Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a Care Assistant to help improve the lives of the vulnerable and elderly in Marten House, RH15 (Burgess Hill). You will provide personal care, build relationships and make a meaningful difference, with various shift options and pro rata holiday entitlement.

Shifts include early, late and weekend rotation. You will work in clients0homes with support and training opportunities, while earning a competitive hourly rate and benefiting from a company mobile phone.

Shifts available for Care Assistants

All staff must work a variation of the below shifts:

• 07:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00pm
• Flexible to work mornings and evenings
• Alternate Saturday's and Sunday's
