Job summary

Care Outlook is looking for a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support residents at Chimney Court in Reading, RG30 4EN. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living tasks, and build trusting relationships to improve their comfort and wellbeing.

We offer pay from £12.71 per hour, enhanced pay on bank holidays, a £300 Refer a Friend scheme, a company issued mobile phone, and flexible full- or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate disposition.
• Some flexibility required to support people in their own homes.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
• Authorized to work in the UK - sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, etc.).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Observe, monitor and record residents' conditions and needs.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 07:00am - 19:00pm
• 15:00pm - 22:00pm
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
