Job summary

Care Outlook is looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to support vulnerable adults in Chestnut Court (TW19) and Beechwood Court (TW16). You will deliver personal care, build relationships and help maintain independence in their own homes.

The role offers rates from £12.71 per hour, enhanced pay on bank holidays, a refer-a-friend scheme worth £300, a company-issued mobile phone, flexible full or part-time hours, 28 days of pro‑rata annual leave, DBS cost coverage, and free uniform.

Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 07:00am - 19:00pm
• 15:00pm - 22:00pm
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
