Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support vulnerable and elderly residents in The Pines, Slough. You will provide personal care, build relationships, and help improve quality of life in the community.

Role includes assisting with daily activities, light housekeeping, and monitoring residents' wellbeing. Full-time hours, DBS cost covered, 28 days leave pro rata, and a refer-a-friend scheme are offered.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• UK work authorisation required; sponsorship not offered.
• Working every other weekend.

The Role

Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 15:00pm - 23:00pm
• 23:00pm - 08:00am
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
