Job summary

Care Outlook offers roles as a Care Assistant at Redwood House, West Berkshire (RG17). Night shifts are available and you will help vulnerable and elderly individuals with daily personal care, build relationships, and contribute to their well-being in a home-based setting.

Here at Care Outlook to help improve the lives of the vulnerable and elderly in our extra care scheme Redwood House, in West Berkshire in RG17.

As a healthcare assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Night shifts available.

The Role

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements

• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 07:00am - 19:00pm
• 15:00pm - 22:00pm
• 22:00pm - 07:00am
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a comprehensive training programme.
