Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking a capable team member in Broxtowe to support clinical and administrative duties in a primary care setting.

You will perform phlebotomy, assist with patient care, health checks, and essential admin while ensuring data security and adherence to processes.

This role offers opportunities to develop within a large primary care provider, with benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy.
• Able to follow processes and maintain data security.
• Adapt with changing priorities; be personable and patient.
• Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, and email.
• Access to learning management system and annual formative assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient duties and support clinical and Nurse Lead with patient care.
• Support the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and compliance.
• Work with patients with long term conditions and apply phlebotomy experience.
• Provide clinical procedures such as new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and simple wound care.
• Complete administrative tasks: new patient registrations, provide leaflets, manage stock and ordering.

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• Assisting with patient duties as required and support other team members such as clinical and Nurse Lead with patient care.
• Supporting the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance is maintained.
• You will be working with patients with long term conditions such as Diabetes etc. So must have experience in Phlebotomy.
• Provide clinical procedures such as new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and simple wound care.
• Completing administrative tasks such as new patient registrations, providing appropriate leaflets, stock control and ordering. We listen and through compassion, understanding and a willingness to keep an open mind, we support and empower people to have a healthier future.

• Experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy.
