La Fosse in London seeks an AI Adoption Consultant to shape how healthcare teams operate in an AI-enabled organisation. The role focuses on redesigning workflows, building new capabilities and proving measurable improvements in quality, speed and capacity.

You will partner with senior leadership, technology, and learning teams to translate ideas into practical experiments and a prioritised roadmap for future AI capabilities, with focus on governance and security.

Qualifications

• Develop a practical vision for how an AI-enabled healthcare organisation should operate.
• Identify opportunities for AI-led redesign across teams.
• Prototype AI-enabled workflows and experiments.
• Measure impact on quality, efficiency, throughput and UX.
• Translate workflows into technology requirements with security and privacy considerations.
• Lead a cross-functional AI Council and roadmap for future capabilities.
• Build AI capability through workshops, coaching and hands-on sessions.

Responsibilities
