Job summary

Bupa is seeking an experienced Lead AI & Data Security Architect to shape secure AI adoption across a global healthcare organisation. You will define security standards, perform threat modelling, and influence executive stakeholders while balancing innovation with risk management.

Based in London or Staines with hybrid working, you will partner with technology, legal, clinical and risk teams to embed security into AI initiatives and protect sensitive data across platforms and services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering security architecture for AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to lead threat modelling and security reviews.
• Track record in cloud security and risk-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define secure AI adoption patterns and security standards across Bupa.
• Lead threat modelling and security reviews for AI-enabled solutions including LLMs and AI agents.
• Develop governance frameworks and controls to enable safe AI adoption.
