Job summary

KBR is seeking a Health, Safety and Well Being Manager to join the central Integrator EHSSQ team in Cumbria, co-located at Westlakes and Sellafield. You will oversee health, safety and wellbeing arrangements across major projects and principal contractors, ensuring a joined-up approach.

The role involves managing the Learning review process for PDD, coordinating audits, factfinding and leadership interventions, and providing day-to-day safety advisory support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant management discipline.
• Relevant professional accreditation (CMIOSH).
• Proven experience in health, safety, or wellbeing advisory roles in large multi-contractor environments.
• Understanding of risk management, assurance and compliance activities.
• Experience in creating and undertaking audits.
• IT skills: Word, Excel, etc.
• Full driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Learning review process for PDD; ensure effective factfinders, learning reviews and leadership intervention calls.
• Coordinate incident review boards and peer review across projects.
• Integrate wellbeing initiatives into a coherent, aligned framework for safety across the programme.
• Provide routine health and safety advisory activities, and day‑to‑day operational safety management support.
