Job summary

KBR in the Sellafield area seeks a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead an integrated HS&W framework across major projects and contractors.

The role is Cumbria-based, co-located Westlakes and across Sellafield, coordinating learning reviews, audits, and assurance activities to ensure a joined-up approach to health, safety and wellbeing. Strong stakeholder collaboration and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant management discipline.
• CMIOSH accreditation or equivalent.
• Experience in health, safety and wellbeing advisory roles in large multi-contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management, assurance and compliance activities.
• Experience in creating and undertaking audits.
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel).
• Full driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning review processes for PDD; ensure effective factfinders and reviews.
• Lead incident review boards and peer reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide advisory support for routine health and safety management and compliance activities.
• Support integration of wellbeing initiatives across projects into a coherent framework.
• Manage day-to-day operational HS&W responsibilities within the PPP model.
