Kier is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to lead the Sizewell C New Nuclear Build contract in Suffolk. The role drives health, safety and wellbeing across the project, supply chain and stakeholders, embedding a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement.

You will provide leadership on governance, incident investigation and compliance, enabling safe delivery of a nationally important energy project while championing inclusivity and wellbeing across teams.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent is required.
• NEBOSH Diploma is desirable for advanced escalation and governance.
• Civil engineering, infrastructure or major projects experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of UK construction health and safety law and CDM.
• Ability to lead, influence and coach teams and stakeholders with clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation and continual improvement of health, safety and wellbeing policies, procedures and standards across the project.
• Provide visible leadership to project team and supply chain, promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Review and assure Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Safe Systems of Work.
• Lead site inspections, audits and compliance reviews, investigating incidents with lessons learned.
• Advise senior leadership on compliance, risk, legal duties and wellbeing and inclusivity.
