Job summary

Vico Homes is seeking a diligent Health & Safety Systems Administrator on a fixed-term basis to configure and maintain safety systems, deliver user training, and ensure accurate risk records and reporting.

You will work across systems, supporting colleagues and management with information, guidance, and user resources while coordinating upgrades and maintaining compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, co-ordination or project support role.
• Experience delivering training, guidance or support to others.
• Strong IT skills and ability to work with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test and maintain health and safety systems aligned with requirements.
• Help upgrade systems and roll out new functionality with suppliers.
• Be first point of contact for system queries and support colleagues.
