Join a leading charity as a Health & Safety Officer, focusing on enhancing safety standards across various services. This fixed-term role offers the chance to make a significant impact on community health and safety while enjoying generous benefits and support for your professional development.
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live meaningful lives. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through services related to mental health, substance misuse, housing, and more.
We operate nearly 200 services across England, supported by approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers. Annually, our services assist around 125,000 individuals.
Integrating two large organizations is complex and ongoing. Currently, our jobs are branded under 'Humankind', and our recruitment systems are separate, though full integration is planned for next year.

We are committed to equal opportunities and ensuring access to support for all. By joining us, you can make a real difference in people's lives by believing in their potential for positive change.
