Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a Housing Association building in Bolton, BL1 area.

Hours: On average 36 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday, Saturday, and Sunday 20:00 - 08:00.

Pay rate: £12.72 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the delivery of a high-quality concierge and security service to our clients reporting to the onsite Security Manager.
• Act as an initial point of contact.
• Ensuring overall safety and security of the premises.
• Respond to faults within the premises as discovered.
• Monitor access to the premises and visitors.
• Meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices.
• Record information effectively.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
• Advise management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns.
• Report repairs to maintenance contractors using appropriate systems.
• Patrol internal and external areas.
